Day 17

My good deed that I did today was by preparing some snacks for my mum and I to eat when we were going to watch a movie. My mum and I borrowed some movies for Video Ezy today to watch since we had nothing to do. When we got home, I made some snacks for my mum and I to eat during the movie. Normally my mum does it, but instead I did it for her today. I'm sure that she would have felt appreciative because I could tell by her mood that she was very happy.

Day 16

I made a difference today by cheering up my friend at school when she was crying. My friend ,Eden broke her thumb on her left arm and she hurt her wrist on her right arm, so she had to have a cast on both of her arms. She told us that her arm started hurting really bad, so Teresa and I gave up our lunchtime to take Eden to the office and get her an ice pack and to call her mum. Her arm started to hurt even more and she started crying. Teresa and I started to try and cheer her up to make her feel better. I'm sure that she would have felt very thankful because if we didn't go with her, she would have been there waiting by herself for her mum to pick her up.

Day 15

I made a difference today by making my own dinner. This made a difference for my mum because that way she wouldn't have to cook dinner for me so she could do something she wanted to do. I decided to give up my T.V. time to make my own dinner. I'm sure my mum would have been really pleased with me by giving her some time for herself to just sit down and relax after a hard days work.

Day 14

My good deed that I did today was by helping my mum take the recycle bin to the front of our drive way. This helped her because she wouldn't have to do it and so she could prepare dinner earlier. I could tell that I made a difference because she said ' thanks for helping out' after. Seeing my mum's face less tired made me happy.

Day 13

I made a difference today for Lea by helping her save her work on one of the team C laptops. She didn't know where to save her goals reflection, so I told her where she had to save it. I know I made a difference because she said thank you to me twice once I saved it for her. It is good seeing that I could help a classmate when they needed help.

Day 12

I made a difference today by helping a man carry some boxes to the office for him. Alan and Ellen also helped as well, and I know I made a difference for him because that way he wouldn't have to carry the boxes himself. He showed his appreciation by saying thank you to us after. Today instead of helping around at home, I helped someone else that I didn't know. I feel happy because I could make that persons day a whole lot easier.
